Medical Insurance
Medical Insurance is offered through Protect Plus-Blue Cross PPO or Kaiser Plan – The firm will pay the lesser of Protect Plus or Kaiser at 80% of employee premium and 50% of dependent(s) premium. Your coverage can begin from date of employment.
Dental and Vision Insurance
The firm will pay the full premium for employee coverage. Your coverage can begin from date of employment.
401(K) Plan
Employee can contribute up to the maximum as set by Federal law. You can participate in the Plan one full month following the date of employment. Annually, BBR may make profit sharing contributions to the Plan.
Cafeteria Plan
Through payroll deduction, employee may set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for medical-related expenses not covered by insurance or to pay for eligible dependent care.
Life Insurance
Employer pays the premium for employee coverage.
Long-term Disability Insurance
Employer pays premium for employee coverage.
Accrued Time Off
Employee accrues vacation and sick days based on total hours worked. Employee begins accruing from date of employment.
Holidays
Employee will be paid for holidays observed by the firm.
Education Assistance
Employees who are regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in the BBR Educational Assistance program. After you have been employed for at least 3 months, you may request reimbursement for tuition or fees for approved courses taken at an accredited university or college, or for work-related seminars or workshops.
